Exceptional

Disliked: We’ve had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, cleanness, atmosphere, amenities everything was just great. All the staff members were very nice and helpful except for one person: the staff member named Joseph was extremely rude and almost yelled at me. I was staying with my friend who is a USA Navy vet and she had her service dog with her as she suffers with PTSD, we left to the beach and temperature was 98 degrees, we had to leave the dog in the room. As soon as Joseph found out that we left a service animal in the room he started to yell at me that I have to pay $150 pet fee since we left the dog in the room unattended. We weren’t aware that it’s a big deal especially when it was extremely hot weather that day, I told him that I will speak to my friend and she come and pay with her card, as soon as I walked up to my room I had a call from the reception that they tried to charged MY card and it was declined, so Joseph decided to immediately charge my card without my permission when I clearly told him that it is my friends dog and since they obliged us to pay she will do it with her credit card. Thankfully the manger who I spoke to later explained to me everything in a respectful manner and I wish we’ve been told about this specific rule in this hotel since we’ve never had such a situation before. Thanks how ONE staff member can ruin all the impression about such beautiful hotel

Liked: The location, size of the room, breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: Some things in the room were not working: the bathroom door. Coffee cream was spoiled.
