Fabulous stay. Great staff, food...

Liked: Went for our wedding anniversary. Ate at the Sound cafe on the two course meal deal. Fajitas were lovely. We were upgraded to a suite for our special occasion and got to relax in the backstage VIP area which was a nice touch. The whole experience made our weekend. Will be back.

Best location to stay

Liked: The location is amazing, I don’t think you can stay at better locations at the Oxford street, shoppings are very close and metro station is right 10 meters away from the hotel location. Breakfast is not bad, staffs are really helpful, quick and responsive, never had a single issue.
Disliked: The showers are pretty old, they don’t have a shower head.Breakfast was decent. But there is nothing bad.the price was a bit high but it worth it.

Disliked: The manager and staff were very unprofessional Thursday the 21st my daughter suitcase went missing from out of the room 3048 we spent around 2-3 hrs trying to find out what had happened and nobody would take responsibility the manager a young girl said there was nothing she could which I find appalling she was very unprofessional and then after looking through cctv the case was nowhere to be seen..I asked could I view the cctv but she replied no and then when the new security staff came on to do the night shift the suitcase was found outside another room I find your staff very rude and unprofessional whilst speaking amongst themselves Infront of you. And when you ask questions with regards to how this happened the suitcase going missing from the room nobody can give a explanation I just want to say Thankyou for spoiling and upsetting my daughter birthday I’m disgusted with the hotel and the staff and would never stay there again it’s disgusting.
