Horrible bathrooms, horrible cleaning service,...

Liked: Absolutely horrendous cleaning staff, they don’t even clean your room at all, truly terrible. The rooms are also disgusting and horrible, old with terrible design, the bathrooms are absolutely nasty with dirt all around the shower and tub areas, truly terribly showers. Horrible and overpriced for what it is. This hotel shouldn’t cost more than 150/200 gbp per night

A fantastic stay as always

Liked: We visit The Cumberland hotel regularly as it's one of our favourites and we always have a fantastic stay. Shout out to Maz and Desmond in the Backstage lounge, they really are superstars and treat every guest with the same level of kindness and enthusiasm making sure every stay is fantastic! I'm sure we will be back in no time :)
