Not great - will not...
Liked: Great location, looks pleasant and clean
Disliked: The air con did not work, no way to resolve this. The tv didn’t work, the staff didn’t help to resolve

Stunning hotel, superb location and...
Liked: All was as one would expect of a 4* hotel. All the staff, whatever their roles, were extremely helpful and friendly. There was one issue (see below). HOWEVER when the issue was raised when we checked out we were immediately offered a 15% discount as compensation. All dealt with very well and appropriately and in a friendly way.
Disliked: It was a heatwave week when we stayed and the Air Con in the bedrooms was inoperative, and being a very tall building there were no opening widows. Although the issue could not be resolved, we were given a discount on our stay - see above.

Superb
Liked: Rooms was clean and well provisioned. Breakfast meal was excellent as were the staff in the dining room. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning, but having a balcony meant we didn't suffer much.

Disappointing
Liked: The location was great for Utilita Arena
Disliked: The air conditioning was out of order on the hottest days of the year. It meant the bedroom was about 30° and there was no windows that could be opened. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. Staff kindly provided us with two fans but they were ineffective. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable. The breakfasts were very good with excellent staff.

Unusable expensive space.
Liked: Location
Disliked: All furniture on the balcony, which I had paid extra to enjoy. Had been removed leaving the space unusable. After 3 attempts I was eventually provided two seats on the balcony.

Liked: Nothing was told when i arrived that hotel was fully booked and that booking.com was to blame and i was told to speak to yourself regarding a refund as you have taken the money of my credit card
