Disliked: The latch on the door didn't lock the door if it was all you did was just push it and door would open spoke to person in charge can you fix it because anybody could come in easily and he didn't do anything wasn't bothered

Disliked: Area was appalling fighting n screaming out side drug addicts .Someone trying doors in hotel .Was so scared only stayed 1 hour

Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Needs Major ImprovementI stayed here recently and was quite disappointed with several aspects of the experience. While the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, the condition of the room left much to be desired.The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. There was no fridge provided, and the side unit looked heavily scratched and poorly maintained. The bathroom had broken silicone around the tub, and there was no hot water available throughout my stay. The floorboards were very noisy, and the window handle was broken—secured only with a makeshift gate lock.More concerning was the general atmosphere of the hotel. The place had a strong smell of weed, guests were arguing in the early hours, and the overall environment didn’t feel safe or welcoming.Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the facilities and the general upkeep.
