Lovely stay. Lovely staff. Great...

Liked: Great value for money. Great location for the festival. Clean and comfortable base for eating out and getting to the festival. Plus close to the hoverport and festival buses
Disliked: Little too hot in our room, but then it was 26 degrees out. Would recommend the painted closed shower in the bathroom be allowed to reopen so the air could blow through from the bedroom window and allow some circulation

Good

Liked: We loved the location and the staff went above and beyond for us. They even went and brought a fan for us to use as the room was like a sauna.
Disliked: There wasnt any washing facilities in the bathroom and the wasn't any air-conditioning. We were on the top floor so as you can imagine it was roasting. We asked to use an iron but they only had two. One leaked everywhere and the other one stained my partners top. We had to clean the ironing board before using it as well. Personally I think it was over priced. We all so got woken up to a faulty fire alarm at 730 Saturday morning which wasn't anyone's fault.

A good over all experience

Liked: Price. The room was clean, the hosts were helpful. Is near to public transport.
Disliked: The pub locals are rude and unruly typical of the football types.

Worth the money and for...

Liked: The staff were amazing, so friendly and understanding when I was asking questions! Even got shown where the fire exit was!
Disliked: The only issue I had was in the corner of the bedroom on the ceiling there was a massive brown mark!Only three pillows

Crap in hotel

Liked: Water was coming through the ceiling by the light switch and and tv .the ceiling showed the mark of it happening many times when someone showers upstairs .people coming to use share toilet to do drugs as we saw some in there from pub down stairs. One young girl behind bar was friendly ,older one couldn't smile or say hi when we said hi .
Disliked: Oops sorry done wrong way round .what we liked was everything else around the pub views etc

1 night visit to Ryde,

Liked: Absolutely disgusting hotel… I took photos of multiple fire safety and hygiene issues… had there been another hotel nearby, I would have walked out ..
