Comfy rooms, average attention to...

Liked: The Crown offers good spacious and comfortable rooms at an acceptable price point for our working crew over a period of about 12 days. We booked several rooms.
Disliked: Several of our guests had very poor check-in experiences with non-functioning showers and phones etc. One checked in around 5pm, after a 5-hour flight delay, only to be given a key to a room that hadn’t been serviced, even though another colleague had verified with Reception that a nice clean room awaited her. In fairness to The Crown they upgraded those guests to better rooms but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Disliked: TV didn’t work. No plug for the sink. Shower curtain was mouldy. The room was spacious but desperately needed updating.

Rude receptionist when we arrived...

Liked: The location and room size.
Disliked: Rude receptionist, out of date milk in the bedroom when we told the receptionist she replied I’ll tell my cleaners. Nothing was changed no new ones given.
