Superb

Liked: The hotel is lovely and close to bus stops and cricklewood station. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The rooms were better than expected and clean.
Disliked: There were a few strange characters hanging around at night which is to be expected in London, however it was quite noisy at nighttime with people shouting and being loud outside.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious, it was also equipped with A/C, good location to city centre.
Disliked: Was a problem with check in, was given wrong room number to which the room was already occupied problem got rectified and i got a new room number to which my welcome letter was then for a Mr and I am a Mrs. I went for dinner in the bar staff not very attentative, no forks on table, wine glasses and glasses were all dirty, asked for jug of water for the table still waiting for that to arrive, sides hadn't arrived had to ask for them also, got mayonnaise bottle was empty so had to then ask again for that, overall what paid for the meal it definetly wasn't worth the money.the first

Disliked: I did not appreciate receiving a phone call in taxi that I must pay immediately for the stay. It said on booking.com that I could pay at property
