Liked: Clean and bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful - room was too hot and no fan no way to control heating .. staff provided fan - thank you!
Disliked: Pillows could be better quality. no plug sockets except one next to tv ..would prefer next to bedBathroom had chips out of the sink cabinet needs attentionBe good to control air con or heating no way of doing this except via radiator.

Disliked: The food we had was very poor quality, like a cheap beefeater pub meal. I wouldn't recommend eating here

Lovely hotel just a little...

Liked: Lovely hotel. The price for two rooms was a little steep as we couldn’t get a family room and had to get two rooms

Travelled for business was ok...

Liked: The location was great, the rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom the water does not drain away in the shower very well they are tired maybe just need a little updating. We did not have breakfast or use any other facilities so can not comment on this.

Needs a revamp

Liked: The hotel reception, friendly staff.
Disliked: The water for the shower was cold and had little to no pressure, no heating and when one of the rooms was too cold we we're given an electric heater which made no difference. The rooms are not worth & £145 a night i booked 2.
