Liked: Large room. Well maintained. Water, coffee, tea available. The room was clean. It was a comfortable night.
Disliked: No double glazing on windows meant the room was noisy with outside traffic.Reception and breakfast are in the hotel across the street.

Liked: The location was very good, quiet at night aiding a good sleep.
Disliked: The was on the 4th floor with no lift or help with baggage, the room was tiny , barely big enough for two people. The needs freshened up and the safe and some sockets didn’t work.

A comfortable and convenient stay...

Liked: The room was of an appropriate size, especially for London, and everything quite comfortable. The location is excellent for Hyde Park and getting into the city.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
