Classy and friendly hotel in...

Liked: Beautiful classy hotel in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfy and everything was spotless. The toiletries in the public toilets and rooms were cruelty free.
Disliked: Despite advising well in advance there was no vegan breakfast only what I could not have and I paid the same as everyone else. No plant milk in the room or vegan biscuits or hot chocolate so again had to do without although I did get oat milk when I asked but no fridge in room to keep it fresh.No water in the rooms and £4.50 for a bottle. At the price we paid I think complimentary water should be standard.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Overpriced old dated hotel.

Liked: Shower was very good, powerful and comfortable.
Disliked: The room is extremely dated. Matress was terribly soft and of bad quality. What really was the worst of all was the smell inside the room of old stale cigarette smoke. I opened the window trying to air the room but it didnt help much. Perhaps it was just the room I was in but it definitely needs some deep cleaning.Breakfast was average and hardly any vegetarian/vegan option. Bread was of bad cheap quality.
