Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty with stains on the wall and on the bed there was dried blood on the wall and rubbish left in the room and screws sticking out of the floor and the carpet was lifting all around the room

Look for another hotel

Liked: The location is nice
Disliked: The hotel has no maintenance, the two rooms we have without TV connection. Room are small, bathroom very very tiny and uncomfortable. External images and pictures aren’t what you find out

Liked: I stay in many hotels in the W2 area so I know what I’m getting but on this occasion the property fell very short of that.
Disliked: There were no towels in my room on arrival but they were handed to me after I went down to Reception in the morning. I asked for a fan given the hot weather but they weren’t able to give me one making the room very uncomfortable given that there’s no ac
