Liked: The outdoor pool and connecting beach.
Disliked: The mold smell

Disappointing paradise vacation

Liked: Honestly was not impressed.
Disliked: The staff when we checked in were rude and not helpful. The building is failing apart. It looks run down. Only 1 elevator worked in lobby. Rust, hard water stains were everywhere. It wasn’t a luxury hotel. It could have been at one point. Not to mention the area around it was not paradise. Abandoned buildings, sketchy things were happing. For lack of a better word it was ghetto.

Liked: Very close to Condado Beach and Old San Juan
Disliked: Some of the amenities were a bit dated and one of the only 3 elevators was out of service the whole week we were there

The room was clean but...

Liked: The women at the front desk could not be less helpful. They really didnt care to do anything beyond check you in andgive you a key. The beach was filled with locals who were disrespectful. A hotel like this should have its own private beach.
Disliked: front desk peoplethe cafe in the hotel was embarrasing- it was closed on random days and how does a cafe close from noon->3p every day?ridiculous

Liked: The views from the room
Disliked: Staff not welcoming or accommodating! Rooms were awful had to go from room to room to find a somewhat decent room. Charged my card for incidentals after I left that were paid once I checked out. Smell was awful. Pictures shown when booking was not the rooms given when we arrived actually showed rooms to the sister hotel across the street. Would never go back to this hotel even if it was free!

Liked: The staff were really nice and the view was really nice.
Disliked: The room was old and had many issues. The seam On the shower was broken and leaking water on the floor. The couch in the room had semen stains on it. They were broken tiles on the floor and the walls. There was dirt under the bed when we walked in.

Liked: Location, view, staff, pools, beach
Disliked: Needed more in hotel dining because there are not low-key restaurants right nearby. Also, beach chairs and balcony furniture can be updated. Elevator is very busy because only one is working.
