Liked: Nice and very helpful staffThe location of the hotel is perfect!!! Opposite the entrance to Hyde Park and further on you enter Oxford Street. There are pubs and restaurants nearby and a direct bus to Camden Market
Disliked: The hotel is very old, the rooms are narrow and create a feeling of claustrophobia, the shower and toilet are very cramped. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and it was hot and stuffy, the fan did not make it any easier. Breakfast is very basic and disappointing! We booked a room for a week and left after a day

Overpriced, shabby hotel.

Liked: Hotel wise, not much
Disliked: An extraordinarily overpriced hotel. Carpets filthy, dated room and bathroom, bar was non existent.

Great location.

Liked: Great location, very good transport links. Comfortable beds. Facilities were fine, we were not spending much time there but it was a great location for exploring or for work.
Disliked: Breakfast was modest for the price.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in great...

Liked: Clean, comfortable accommodation in fabulous location - minutes walk from Hyde Park, shops restaurants etc and handy for Paddington but also nice and quiet.
Disliked: The decor is a bit dated but it was clean, had everything I needed and shower worked well.

Good location, good value, just...

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, various bed options (we had three), good breakfast variety, good water pressure in shower.
Disliked: A bit run down, no outlets in the bathroom, no hand towels or washcloths, hallway to the room was extremely smelly (like mildew?).

Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel situated in a nice area with Kensington Park nearby
Disliked: Wasn't keen on the continental breakfast would have preferred a cooked english
