Disliked: The rooms are very outdated but clean and comfortable

Not value for money

Liked: Strategic location, near train and restaurants. Front counter staff during check in is helpful, and understanding. Facilitated in changing the room as the initial room has an odd layout that was not explained during online booking or check in process. He had changed it for me immediately.
Disliked: Water faucets in bathroom leaks water, shower heads not working properly. Walls are thin, and could hear next room guests giggling and chatting in the middle of the night. Breakfast reception was cold and unfriendly. Had diarrhea after the breakfast.

Liked: Great location, next to Kensington Gardens, close to transport and some good restaurants and eating places in Queensway. Room clean and tidy and what was expected. Booking in and out simple because staff on reception. Staff always very pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Clean, great location, great hotel...

Liked: Location is great and staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.
Disliked: The hotel rooms are very run down in terms of design and the hotel has probably not been renovated in some areas since the 70s or 80s. Given the state of the rooms and bathrooms, a smaller price tag would be more reasonable but then again this is London and the location is great, literally 4 min from the tube.

Liked: Great location and public areas are nice enough.
Disliked: Rooms are very tired and worn, best to stay here if you are getting in late and leaving early.
