The worst hotel I have...

Liked: there is nothing to like about this place, disgusting! pictures attached if of the pillows.
Disliked: Rooms filthy and tired, no way 4 stars! pillows and sheets badly stained. breakfast is not fit for human consumption. I spoke to other guests when leaving who felt the same. terrible!

unacceptable fraudulent filth

Liked: the property it?s self would be beautiful but it?s been neglected and abused it?s filthy and un kept there?s no maintenance
Disliked: the filth it was absolutely filthy it stank the staff were little to no help the rooms had nothing in them no toiletries nothing

Disliked: The photos of the hotel are absolutely nothing like the hotel is now! We saw 3 rooms! The curtains in 2 rooms didn?t close over the windows! The rooms were cleaned very well but everything was so old and worn! I feel the hotel is wrongly advertised and is cheating customers! I would never go back!

Liked: The hotel was once very beautiful, the makings are there it just needs some care
Disliked: Nothing available in our room, we were lucky to have toilet paper. Breakfast was disappointing, miserable continental, broken toaster, plastic bottle of milk dumped next to instant coffee, flat pastries

Do not stay unclean bugs...

Disliked: Not clean first room had loads of flies and the window was all broken and the curtains were worn and ripped. I went and complained and got moved, other room was better but I got up in the early hours of the morning to go to the toilet and there were bugs in the bathroom, and the window was cracked very run down not clean at all!! One staff member was nice when checking in but the rest of the staff had no idea what they were doing, the lift only goes to the second floor and was like something out of the early 1900s. Said to the receptionist after one night that I was leaving and booking another hotel because of the resons above and she just said okay, no apology it was all very strange. This place needs some investment love and staff that know some customer service worst hotel I think I have ever stayed in!! Faulty towers came to mind

misleading, decrepit and hazardous

Disliked: This hotel should not be posted on Booking.com, it?s extremely misleading in the pictures and is borderline a hazard. My room has some shocking things such as:-Toilet seat repaired with duck tape (beyond unsanitary)-Flock of pigeons outside the window, that coo the entire time, with literal piles of faeces directly at the window. -Little to no water pressure in the shower, or hot water (it took me 30 minutes to have a normally 10 minute shower) -Appalling maintenance standards on everything from the carpet being worn to its threads, to the tv remote caked in dust. -There was no toilet roll, or bin bag, and I had to ask for both. -The bed was two foam matts on top of one another that you sink through immediately, and they only provided one jumper-thin pillow (the photos clearly show multiple plump pillows) I asked for more, and waited hours. This is my first major complaint for a hotel, as I usually just need a clean place to sleep. I had to make this statement immediately. The staff are courteous and friendly, but not worth the issues at hand.
