Very poor

Liked: The receptionist was pleasant. The location was amazing. Everything else was poor to bad.
Disliked: Everything. The rooms were awful. If it wasn't dated or shabby, it was broken. Bedding was stained. Curtains didn't close properly. The sofa was stained. Cupboard doors were hanging off. The air conditioning/heating was broken. The shower had zero water pressure, and the shower head pole fell off. Bathroom sink tap didn't work. Half the sockets didn't work. The management has been poor with responding. We paid for half board to be told on arrival that the restaurant was closed due to a private function with no resolution offered bar room service at a specific time which would have been too late for my child.and the menu options were minimal (options were what was being served at the private function which didn't include a vegetarian option). When I raised these issues on the evening of my stay, the receptionist was apologetic and, dare I say, embarrassed on behalf of the hotel. I was told I would be reimbursed the price of the meal at least, this hasn't happened despite numerous emails to them. The only email I have had in response is an offer of a complimentary stay on a Sunday of my choice. Laughable really, there is not a single chance I will ever visit this mediocre at best, hotel again. Being self employed, we would have to take the Monday off work losing out on wages. We would have to travel to London at further cost to us etc. An absolute joke of a business. I have never, ever complained about a hotel before but I really, really urge people to take heed of all reviews on this one and avoid like the plague!

Good to overnight but nothing...

Liked: The hotel was very close to my friend's place, so I overnighted there and that's it! The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for a long time. So I would not recommend it for a romantic stay. The price was very reasonable - 108 EUR with breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic. A very weak water from the shower.
