Ibis was lovely after being...

Liked: The hotel is closed due to a government contract.
Disliked: We were not made aware of the closure until we arrived. My details email/phone number were available. Payment was only taking last week and this hotel has been closed since last September. We arrived to be told to walk to the Ibis style in west regent street. We walked another 20 mins with our cases. To be made to wait again because the Clyde Hotel had not paid the Ibis this was another half hour. Made it to our room by 4:30. Not a very pleasant experience
