Liked: the size of the hotel
Disliked: had to go get a new key card 3 times, pool needed cleaning and air conditioner wouldn't turn off in the room.

Good value, good location excellent...

Liked: The young lady working the death last night was absolutely fabulous. The food in the restaurant was good. The room was immaculate. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed it.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that I travel with my dog and I did notice you guys have specific room set aside for Pat but you also put the Pat people with your smokers and so you you congregate, pats and smokers in the same area and as a former smoker myselfI don’t like being around smokers anymore than a non-smoker does

Liked: The property itself self is beautiful. The restaurant and bar was an extra plus for sure. The pool also looked nice.
Disliked: I only stayed on night and the night was nice and quiet with very welcoming staff. But come morning when going down for breakfast we heard another couple yelling at each other, we dismissed it at first because couples fight but the yelling turned to screaming, than a load bang followed by a scream for help than a very eerie silence. Fearing for the worse of the women in the room and other guests we went to try to find help. Not only was the building very badly labeled and confusing to find your way through but once we did find the front the staff was very dismissive of the whole situation. When we told the women at the front desk what we heard she said “oh okay” and came and walked back up stairs with us. We couldn’t tell what room it came from but we heard what sounded like the same women’s voice coming from a room. The employee stood outside of the room she thought it came from for a good 5 minutes than said “yeah she’s been for a few days, sadly this is a normal thing” and walked back down stairs to sit behind the desk. She didn’t report it, she didn’t even inform anyone what was happening when she left the desk to come up stairs. This hotel is nice on the outside but needs updated staff .
