Over priced and under serviced

Disliked: Very small room, poor wifi, and for a room set for 2 people we did not have enough towels. For an over 300 dollar a night room we were also given an all in one wash for hair and body and were scoffed at for asking for conditioner. A very basic hotel asking for far too high of a price point.

Wonderful location, brilliant staff and...

Liked: This hotel is in a brilliant location. Having always stayed uptown, this was a different vibe but, as the hotelis just a short walk to excellent transport links to Manhattan and Brooklyn, you save a bundle on taxis and can really immerse yourself in this area of the city. The beds were super comfy, and the room, bathroom and rest of the hotel lovely and clean at all times. Staff were fantastic throughout the stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: Complimentary water in the rooms for the first night would be very welcome for travellers arriving late to the city.
