Would definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: Hotel was very pretty and connected to a main tube station. Concierge staff were extremely helpful with assorted things.
Disliked: Buffet breakfast was expensive Would have liked to order ala cart. My bathroom didn’t have an outlet for hairdryer.

Great Bedroom but a Few...

Liked: Such a beautiful place when you walk in. Really friendly and attentive staff members.Our bedroom (we paid for an upgrade) was so comfortable and had an amazing sleep. The complementary bar went down a treat an a few snacks and sweets were a noce touch. The room was a really good size with beautifully high ceilings, comfy sofa, large TV and extra bedding. Large window let in lots of light, which I particularly like..Cocktails at the bar are a must. Too good!
Disliked: Our bathroom skin unit had a leaking tap that ran water over the floor. Not good at anytime but paying over £400 for a nights stay made this sting a bit more.Reported and the team were on it but could not fix. A letter was left in the room offering to move us, but as we had been out for dinner and late back, this seemed a bit pointless. An abundance of towels were left to help soak up water from the tap when needed. I would have expected a call and not just a note, also a partial refund.The tap would have been like this for some time as you could see the limescale build-up. Also, the shower head and darks and staining. On the plus side, water pressure was fantastic, and hot water was not an issue.Only 1 lift was working at the time of our stay. Also noticed a coffee cup on the small table outside the lift on 2nd floor. This remained there for over 8 hrs. Just not the standard of housekeeping (bathroom issues and this) you would expect.

Disliked: Had a smart tv in my room but couldnt cast anything to it but not sure if that was just a me problem! other than that super happy with my stay

Perfect for a celebration

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, staff very attentive and helpful. Restaurant was lovely, food was perfect.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit small
