Liked: Room was exactly as advertised and food was very good
Disliked: paper napkin on the dinner plate and under the food was a strange experience - it went soggy during the meal

Liked: The size of the room was superb for a London hotel.
Disliked: The room was on the top floor and three sets of stairs

No tourists! Beautiful pub stay....

Liked: Amazing large room and the staff in the pub was simply outstanding. Made us feel like the C & W was our "local" from the moment we walked in. Delightful breakfast menu and coffees provided every morning. Great selection of beers, though they were out of a few while we were there.
Disliked: Room 8 shares a wall with the kitchen, and it can be a little loud later at night when they're cleaning. There is some street noise on the first floor, but to be expected anywhere in London on a low floor. Beware there are no elevators/lifts and if you're on the 2nd or third floor it's pretty tight and steep. Definitely don't recommend bringing a large, heavy suitcase because of this.

Disliked: Breakfast. Too contemporary. Also sausage was cooked inside but skins were raw and therefore too chewy. Bacon deep fried and no option for egg to be cooked ( poached rare only

Liked: Lovely room, clean and comfortable bed and nice crisp sheets. Great shower. Breakfast for 2 vegans was fantastic. Despite being on busy road the secondary glazing made the room very quiet. Lovely pub below. Atmospheric.
