Overpriced and uncomfortable

Liked: Good location but tired, terrible night sleep. We had attic room, the double bed was two singles pushed together. The mattress was lumpy and too soft so if sharing you roll into the gap where bed’s pushed together. One tiny shampoo provided, might’ve a hand soap to wash your hands after a long journey. The noise from the road and rowdy people went on all night, so hardly any sleep. The breakfast was good but basic.
Disliked: Tired, naff chocolate quotes all over the walls and pointless pictures of chocolate.

Great hotel, good family feel...

Liked: Rooms were spotlessly clean all the staff were very friendly.Great location.
Disliked: Only small negative was that we had a family room and really could have done with a lock on the bathroom door.But this shouldn’t take away the fact that the hotel was exceptional.
