Disliked: No one there to talk to

Save ur money go to...

Disliked: Horrible, dangerous location filled with unsavoury characters! Parking - what parking!!! Toilet flushing not great, no baths in ANY of their rooms. Staff?? What staff. Put us in the furthest room up several flights of stairs. Was meant to be a special occasion, but bog standard, little more than a hostel!!!

WORST HOTEL STAY !!!

Disliked: We booked the room last June. We paid 140.00 for one night , with the advert saying we had a deluxe double room, breakfast restaurant etc.when we arrived there was not one member of staff. I had to phone someone away from the hotel to get our pin number. There is no way it was a deluxe room. No breakfast or food and drink available. When speaking to our neighbours they booked a couple for months ago. They paid 75.00 knowing there was no facilities. I cannot believe that we were in a hotel on our own with no access to anything. Would I be correct in that we should be entitled to compensation.
