Superb

Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless. I cannot fault the breakfast. The location was also great. Literally a two minute walk to Paddington station/Hyde Park. Oxford Street is also well within walking distance (25/30 minutes).
Disliked: The only criticism that I have (if you could call it a criticism), is that the room itself is quite tight for space but we were more than comfortable and happy with the room. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed BUT, I could see why some people might say that the rooms are tight.

Cozy Jewel just off the...

Liked: What’s not to like. Nestled in a cozy little terrace. 1 Block from Hyde Park. The room was lovely. The staff extremely helpful. One of the very first times someone in Europe upgraded us without even asking. This place is a jewel and will always be our home away from home in London.
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay longer

Disliked: Auto including a service charge, even on a buffet breakfast!8th floor is actually the basement and split levels with bags can be difficult.
