Great value would reccomend.

Liked: Location ideal for us, Breakfast great, room was good.
Disliked: Shower water was very randomly hot/cold. Inside the bath very slippery...when in the shower.

Could be much better although...

Liked: Location was great for what we needed which was closer access to Southampton port without Southampton’s prices. The proximity to the centre of town was fabulous had we had time to explore.
Disliked: There wasn’t a lift which I wasn’t aware of. There was a function on that night too which caused chaos at the bar as staff were overwhelmed and not experienced. Food also was very poor in terms of quality and quantity. Breakfast was slightly better with hot food on offer but not a good continental selection and tepid water for cups of tea

Standard as expected and overall...

Disliked: Breakfast on Sunday/Monday morning was plated in the kitchen. Portions were generous but too much for me.It would have been better and less wasteful to be asked if we wanted double of everything.
