Great location in mid town...

Liked: Location near grand central very convenient. Room(junior suite) very spacious and comfortable. Keurig coffee machine convenient. Room was very quiet.

Liked: This hotel is a real gem. First of all, the staff is the absolute best. At all times kind, helpful and professional, they seemed to really care about making your stay pleasant. A special thanks to Christopher who went above and beyond to assist us in solving some issues we were having in the city. Then on the hotel itself: The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the hotel was an oasis of peace in the bustling centre of manhattan. Calm classic music in the halls, a nice gym, wide staircases. This is the best hotel I have stayed in in New York, they didn't drop the ball even once. I will be back.

Liked: Hotel room and bathroom was so much larger than the average NYC hotel and very comfortable. Noise factor was non existent ! Staff was very courteous and friendly

Below expectations

Liked: 1. The hotel design was very good. It looks very fresh comparing to majority of hotels in Manhattan within the same price range, 2. Gym was good. Towels and water, good equipment. I liked that. 3. Good steakhouse on the ground floor. Lobster soup and meat were mazing.
Disliked: 1. It was quite disappointing that besides there is enough staff in the hotel nobody helped us to get 4 heavy bags into the hotel and didn`t even open the door seeing us climbing up their very non-convenient steps. I`m not even talking about potential disabled guests - it`s literally impossible there. 2. Same thing next day there was a flower delivery in the morinng and nobody was capable to bring the flowers to our room. Summary: service is zero. You must do everything by yourself in this place. 3. And a cherry on the pie was that we had a special occasion and warned the staff the night before that we would need an iron. However the one that they brought us was broken and it took them ONE MORE HOUR to bring the new one knowing that we were late and need to leave their place. These people are fully disorganized 4. There was no window in our room. Or to be fair there was a window but it was blocked by the construction work equipment outside so there was no view and no sunlight coming in. And of course nobody warned us despite the room was not the cheapest one. 5. Staff in the hotel doesn`t know what customer service mean. They ask all the time do we like to stay at their place doing nothing to improve our stay when we need that.
