Liked: Sorry, I can't think of anything I just wanted to leave especially when I spend over $400 with food and valet.
Disliked: The room was very small and cold - the windows needs to be sealed.

I liked it overall.

Liked: Excellent staff and the view from the room was nice.
Disliked: The towels looked old

Tolerable for the location.

Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The property is outdated, dirty, has poor maintenance overall. The floors in the room are dirty and there is a strong smell of mold and urine in the bathroom. The furniture in the room is damaged and so were the walls in the room. The elevator door to the main level takes a while to open.

Good

Liked: the location was good, and the deli around the corner was nice, but there are a few scammers near the train exit on 23rd street so just don't talk to anyone till you get to your room
Disliked: the shower either went from freezing cold to extremely hot, and they never gave us any body wash, shampoo or conditioner, and they only clean the room when you request it

Superb

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, 10 minutes walking from penn station. Close to subway line 1.The rooms are clean, contain comfortable beds, shower, table, coffee and tea. Cold water and ice cubes are available. Staff was kind and helpful. It was a good place to go back to in the evening after long hot days of touring the amazing new york city.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in the room, a little noisy (from the bar on first floor)only on Saturday night.

Very good

Liked: Good location near Subway. Good options for coffee, steak, and deli items within walking distance.Hotel had a night club, I was on floor 9 and could not hear them.Room was small by normal standards but a good size for NYC and well designed.
Disliked: Felt a little dark but other than that no complaints

Excellent stay!

Liked: Location is great, the room was comfortable, two good beds and nice shower. Staff is very friendly and helpful
Disliked: It is a little bit noise at night, very busy street

Disliked: Very noisy until 3-4:00 AM . The hotel and the rooms looked very tired. The vinyl of the chair was ripped. The room did not have a mini fridge.
