Liked: Sorry, I can't think of anything I just wanted to leave especially when I spend over $400 with food and valet.
Disliked: The room was very small and cold - the windows needs to be sealed.

Liked: We didn't like the room we had. The lady at the reception proposed another one, on a higher floor; the staff moved our luggage to the new nice room with a view of Empire State.
Disliked: The room was slightly too small for four people.

Perfect!

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with young children and they let us check in early and kept our bags for us so we could wonder around the city. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Some of the furnishings were a little tired, but not a big deal. It was clean and that was more important.

Disliked: Desk chair was falling apart. No other chair to sit.
