Disliked: I didnt have a toilette in my Room.

Mediocre at best

Disliked: The accommodation was not part of the main hotel, which I do not remember being specified at the time of booking. When we were taken to our accommodation it was the third floor (no lift). The door to the apartment had visible damage - as in if had previously been forced open. Whilst it may of apart from the door at a quick glance look nice, it was the smaller things, like a hole in the ceiling where a smoke detector had been removed, the really small sink in the bathroom (not big enough to wash your face well) the bathroom radiator rusting, the TV with a crack in the screen, and the sign with the WiFi details that did not work. That and on the day of the departure, trying to return the keys - Nightmare. A member of staff sat at the reception, ignoring the doorbell and knocking at the main door. I ended up throwing the keys through the letter box.

great location and pleasent stay...

Liked: friendly staff and location to restaurants and access to transport links, trains and bikes
Disliked: no A/C. but this was offset with a fan in the room

Good location, close to things...

Liked: Clean, remodeled in a nice way, liked the colour theme
Disliked: No elevator, but worked out ok since we did not bring regular suitcases

Liked: Good location. Rooms were ok.
Disliked: The door handle on the bathroom was about to fall off, the fridge wasn’t on, the tv didn’t work and we had to communicate with staff to get the wifi to work. Storage for bags was in the lobby not great for security reasons.
