Liked: In all honesty, nothing
Disliked: Room was filthy, all bedsheets were dusty and stained. We found rubbish next to the bed in one of the hidden corners Underside of toilet seat was disgusting At checkout, they knocked at our door at 11:05 am which I’ve NEVER experienced before not even at a budget hotel We intended to store our luggage at the property after checkout but when we got downstairs lobby was full of guests waiting for anyone to assist, no staff at the counter, and the one person working at the property who was present did not speak English, couldn’t address my concerns when I called on the phone, and told me to just leave our things in the lobby, which is unsettling as there is no way to guarantee they stay safe or don’t get mixed up with other guests’ luggage. There was nothing to like at the property, I certainly overpaid for what was provided.

Liked: The location was great. Also it was very clean. Good tv. Felt safe with the type of security locks and a reception.
Disliked: The room was very small. But that’s what you get in London for the price.

VERY CRAMPED , DIDNT STAY...

Liked: NOT MUCH …HANDY IF YOU ARE GOING TO A GIG IN HYDE PARK THAT IS IT
Disliked: VERY SMALL CRAMPED ROOMS, CODE SYSTEM TO ROOMS DIDN'T WORK ,THE GUY ON RECEPTION GAVE US THREE DIFFERENT ONES TO USE WRITTEN ON SCRAPS OF PAPER.IN THE END HE HAD TO LET US IN AND OUT, HE WASN'T RUDE BUT HE WASN'T PARTICULARLY FRIENDLY EITHER. THERE WAS JUST ABOUT ENOUGH ROOM TO GET PAST THE END OF THE BED ... SIDEWAYS. BATHROOM FLOOR TILE CRACKED AND WOBLY , WARDROBE WAS A FEW COAT HANGERS ON A PORTABLE RAIL, DOOR WAS VERY SMALL BUT IT STILL OPENED STRAIGHT ONTO THE BED. WE LEFT OUR CASES IN ROOM WHILST WE HAD A LITTLE WONDER ROUND THEN CAME BACK AND CHECKED OUT, WE DIDN'T STAY THE NIGHT WE WENT HOME .DISAPPOINTING.
