Not being able to use...

Liked: The hotel was nice and very contemporary. The room was a bit small in my opinion for what we paid.
Disliked: They had the heat still on and had not switched over to air-conditioning yet. It was 85° in the hallway and regardless of being able to open 2 windows in the room, we were VERY very hot and sweaty the entire time. The only thing we were offered a small fan, which we didn’t even try as it would not have made a difference in the temperature. We had to be up and out of the hotel before it got too late in the day or else it became extremely uncomfortable and hot. Due to the heat, we did not sleep well either.

Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable. Spend a few extra dollars and get some decent mattresses. Room layout was decent, but could have been better.

Disliked: That nobody in the city can tell us how to rent a car with a debit card and drop it off in Salt Lake City

Liked: Location is good, staff was friendly. Shower was especially spacious, in-room amenities like white noise machine, well-stocked minibar, and ample charging stations were nice additions.
Disliked: It seems run down compared to when we stayed a few years ago. Hallways in particularthe carpet is so thick you can hardly wheel your bags to your room.
