Would not stay here again....

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: Served wine in a broken wine glass. Internet was non existent. Service in the evening was lacking - had to ask for plates for our pizza. Our room was clean but much smaller than we expected. The bathroom door touched the bed when opened.

Liked: Location, bar and restaurant are great, the food was fabulous
Disliked: Our room (34) was not good. Toilet extremely dirty when we arrived, reported to reception and promptly dealt with. Room in general was not good, very dated, very worn, numerous bulbs out.

Liked: A stunning location. Loved the balcony view. The room was small but modernly decorated.
Disliked: The hotel smelled of fly spray which was really strong. I would not eat an evening meal here again as the quality was poor but breakfast was lovely.

Lovely venue and building

Liked: Beautiful setting on river by the bridge.. great for walk either way..15 mins to Llangollen on towpath outside hotel . Meals in the lovely restaurant great views over River. Parking was down to luck of a space but cd drop case off and park down hill at Pavilion reasonably. 5 mins walk from town.
