Liked: Awesome to stay in historic Concord property. Perfect fit for the stay- celebrated mom’s 90th bday @ Havenwood on Sunday
Disliked: All was good-

Good location. Old and dirty...

Liked: The location is great. The rooms are spacious.
Disliked: The rooms are old and not clear. Floor corners were filthy and full of dirt. The breakfast is very poor.

Disappointed

Liked: The people were kind.
Disliked: There were no sheer curtains that would let in sun but keep privacy. This was especially bad in the bathroom where there were light stopping window shades, only, which was like being in a cave! Also, no little foot rugs next to the bed so that you could make sure you don’t bring dust on your feet into bed. We stayed in room 201 and the faucet in the bathroom was loose. When we asked at the front desk what was beautiful in Concord as this was our first visit, we were told Main St. We asked for nature and overlooks and were directed to White park which was OK, but, with the lovely Merrimack, we were hoping for a park near nature and, perhaps with mountains in the distance. It is a shame that many people that we asked were not able to direct us to natural overlooks with scenic beauty.

I stay here every time...

Liked: Wanted Breakfast but the place was filled with children. Not your fault. I just wanted a quiet coffee and...Loved the on site restaurant/Bar and Bartender, Scott. He was very pleasant, funny and cordial. The entire staff seemed like they loved their jobs. Refreshing! My daughter and I had a great burger with truffle fries. Cooked perfectly. Until next time!

Great value and great location...

Liked: Nice rooms, really good pretty location and pretty building. Very high quality bed. I really enjoyed sleeping there. The on-site bar & restaurant may be an attraction for some .. (but I don't drink and tend to avoid restaurant food in general). Overall a classy nice place with great staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was carby muffins and other assorted fattening sugary foods. They did provide me with some hard-boiled eggs on request though. If you like sugar for breakfast, then the breakfast is for you. If you, like me, avoid carbs (especially sugary ones), go for the hard-boiled eggs or eat elsewhere.

Liked: Room was spacious. The restaurant at the hotel is really nice. Good breakfast, compared to what you normally get for free at other hotels. Easy parking,
Disliked: The whole hotel was under renovation. It was almost freezing at the hall/lobby. My room was also extremely cold and I needed a portable heat. After 2 days, the room came back to normal and was warm without needing the portable one. But I told about this problem to the staff and they never showed any concern, urgency or seemed to care much. It was really disappointing.
