Liked: It was an old-school motel, probably built in the 60s or 70s, but well maintained, very clean and the guests were quiet. I must be getting old but I appreciated using the Lazyboy and watching NHL on TV. It was recently renovated and had a decent bathroom and a small kitchenette with a real stove. Quite nice really. I could stay there for a while.
Disliked: I could have used a hot tub since I did a lot of walking, but that's a bit of a stretch for a bargain stay.

Liked: The facility was as expected and the price was fair. However there was virtually NO internet coverage - we were only able to access two sites (a single time each). Both took a couple of minutes to open a site and then immediately froze. The clerk at the front desk came over and using his equipment found the service to be there and checked out login was correct. We were able to access a site in his presence so thanked him for his help. However it immediately froze thereafter. We tried again when we returned that evening and again the next morning but were unsuccessful. Even slow service would have been tolerable but they should not be promising internet service!

Liked: Nice location near the ocean Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The fact that it is to be shut down and torn down for a condo development this spring so it will not be available for next trip!
