Disliked: Stained bed sheets. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Bathroom fan did not work, shower sprayed everywhere. Pool closes too early, hot tub was not operational.

Liked: The continental breakfast was nice, it was a coupon for Tim Hortons. The heated pool and sauna were nice to relax in the evenings. Lots of stuff within walking distance, so lots of keep you busy.
Disliked: The hotel definitely needs updated. Everything was a bit older and in needs of repairs. Some of the moulding on the wall was falling off and I found some garbage from a previous guest.

Liked: Just passing through on a road trip and the location and facility was fine. Nothing exceptional but fine
Disliked: needs some outside lighting. we walked across the street to a restaurant and the stairways and walkways have NO lightitng -- dangerous in any conditions- worse in the icy conditions of this week.

Superb

Liked: Staff was awesome. Very friendly. Loved the treats in the office andthe complimentary breakfast at Tim Hortons.
Disliked: We couldn't open any windows for fresh air in our room as well as having to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. We're seniors and my wife has a walking disability and it was very hard on her. There should be rooms offered on the ground floor at the same rate for people who have a hard time managing the stairs...

Disliked: Breakfast was misleading. It was a voucher for Tim Hortons, not a sit down breakfast as you would expect. Toilet was broken. TV did not work. We were eventually shifted to a new room after much stuffing around

Liked: There was a nice nature walk ,near by. That led down to the Ocean front. Was a nice surprise on a rainy day.
