Really good location for a...

Liked: Room was clean, big enough for two of us to move around comfortably, bathroom was clean. Complimentary water each day and towels changed each day. Great location, 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus and in walking distance of so many main attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Regent Street, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Convent Gardens and Chinatown.
Disliked: The room itself was fine but unfortunately being as it was the weekend there was a lot of outside noise from nearby clubs or pubs which could be heard at 3am, even though we were on the seventh floor.

Excellent location and very attentive...

Liked: The location is fabulous. And the staff were so helpful. Room service was very good. I will be back.
Disliked: The TV was a bit glitchy. But when I called down there was someone at my door to fix it in minutes.
