Pleasant stay at a ridiculous...

Liked: Good location. Hotel cleAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
Disliked: Outrageous price for a room with nothing added -extra for breakfast and even had to pay to get access to a gym !

Very comfortable and convenient hotel...

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff at reception and concierge.Self help breakfast good quality in a very pleasant and light first floor dining room.Brilliant location for top quality shops and Royal Academy.
Disliked: Some construction noise off premises but not too intrusive.Some rumbling noises at night ... presumably moving waste out of hotel . Probably need rubber wheels .

Fabulous hotel in a great...

Liked: The room was excellent with everything you needed and the added bonus of a panoramic view of the London skyline. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very customer focussed and were wonderful. I loved my stay at the Cavendish.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
