Beautiful hotel, maybe too new!...

Liked: - Brand new hotel.- Optimal location: in Paddington, 20 minutes from Heathrow and 15 minutes from the city center.- Very clean.- Breakfast available for £12.5: nicely presented, good quality, and overall very satisfactory.
Disliked: - Family room (connecting rooms): the door between the rooms was locked.•First night: had to sleep separately (one parent with the child) despite asking staff for a solution. They promised it would be fixed the next morning.•Situation only resolved in the evening of the second day after three follow-up requests.- Daily wake-up between 7:05 and 7:15 AM due to the fire alarm (caused by kitchen smoke). Sensitivity issue not fixed during the stay, so expect to be awake early.== No discount, neither compensations or else. If you want something you need to beg!!!!

Liked: Room was adequate
Disliked: Being woken up by the fire alarm on both mornings and also house keeping knocking on the door before 9am when we were due to leave at 11am. No spare toilet roll in the bathroom.

Excellent Hotel at a reasonable...

Liked: Brand new hotel that opened just a few days ago and I was probably the 1st guest in the room.I played a gamble booking it just looking at the picture as there were no reviews available at that time.Excellent find and it was super clean and still smelled new :)Staff was super courteous especially Mohmmad and Anik in evening/night shift.Hotel still didnt have any dining/breakfast facility but its due to open soon as per the staff.Location is excellent. Literally stones throw away from Paddington Station and a few mins walk from Hyde Park and Edgeware Road.A lot of restaurants and cafe on the same street and tons more on a few mins walk.Easy to find Halal food everywhere.Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing much just would have loved to have breakfast in the morning.

Fabulous

Liked: Had a fabulous stay in Grand Concerto Hotel. The staffs were all helpful specially to Mohamad, Elena,Naz and other accommodating staffs.Although, my stay started off on a negative note as they put me on a no window room, it was quickly resolved the next day. They even extended free breakfast.The hotel was centrally located, very accessible to Paddington station (3-5mins walk). There was also lots of eatery options.The room albeit small was very clean and quiet. The bed comfortable.Will definitely stay again when in London.

Liked: Nice staff, from manager Nazz (went out of his way/work to even help with my luggage) to every other front desk staff (sorry, didn't get ur names)Clean (brand new)Internet was fast enoughLocation: about 2 minutes walk from Paddington station (no noise)Each room had an expreso machine.Plenty comfortable pillows, more than enough to start a pillow war (fight).... lolSoft carpetsTV ... was loaded with plenty of options, practically every streaming service was available.
Disliked: Rooms were a little bit small but liveable.The elevator needs twicking.Teethering period, so some 'i' and 't' s are still being dotted and crossed... that's why I didn't score them 10/10.

Excellent hotel

Liked: The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The newly refurbished rooms are clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The area in which the hotel is situated, is convenient for both the Tube and Paddington station just a short walk. There are some great local restaurants on the same street for breakfast and/or lunch/dinner, the reception staff are more than happy to provide recommendations. All in all a great stay.
