The Castle Inn Hotel by BW Signature Collection Keswick

Very enjoyable stay, highly recommended.

Liked: Great location. Freshly decorated room. Helpful staff. Great pool and sauna. Very flexible - changed our booking to a dog friendly room at last minute.
Disliked: Would be useful to have a restaurant menu in the room.

Disliked: Wasn’t quite finished in terms of repairs. Didn’t really affect the stay but expect workman around.

Dissapointment

Liked: Big room, clean
Disliked: Cold jacuzzi, part of swimming pool in the renovation. Staff promised that jacuzzi will be heated the next date which did not happen.

Liked: The leisure area had sauna and steam room this was excellent following a long walk. Room and bathroom was spacious. Tv in rooms were better than most. Staff were polite and professional. Didn’t use restaurant.
Disliked: Not very well signed took a few wrong turns on way to leisure facilities. Bar lacked atmosphere however may not be have been a bait period. Without a car travel to and from particularly into Keswick may be problem.
