Very good

Liked: Very nice, spacious and well appointed room and bathroom (lovely toiletries). Nice to have Nespresso coffee maker, in addition to tea/biscuits in room, and complimentary bottled water. Staff extremely friendly.
Disliked: No air conditioning in room, just a small fan, so was very hot (stayed in July). Windows were shabby and obviously needed replacing (in contrast to the newly decorated room).

Superb

Liked: Staff all extremely plesant and helpful
Disliked: No lift and many stairs. Car park gets full with non residents, so we had to park in street on Saturday night, but spaces became vacant later after non residents left.

Great stay in the heart...

Liked: Loved the location and the beds were great. Bathroom was nice and modern.
Disliked: No extractor fan int he bathroom and no fan in the room during summer. So the room was quite hot.

I love the atmosphere.

Liked: The ambiance is second to none with its position, decor and comfort.
Disliked: I think I counted 9 emails altogether for this one booking. Way over the top.
