Lovely modern hotel in downtown...

Liked: A Stylish Stay in the Heart of Raleigh!I had a fantastic stay at The Casso! The location is absolutely brilliant—right in the heart of downtown Raleigh, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has a crisp, upscale vibe throughout.The rooms are beautifully designed, with a lovely scent that immediately makes you feel relaxed and at home. The reception and bar areas are spacious, welcoming, and well thought out—great spots to unwind or catch up with friends. Even the lifts are impressively tall and sleek, adding to the overall aesthetic.Parking was super easy, which was a big plus, but just a heads-up: it’s not included in the room rate and costs $20 per night. Definitely something to keep in mind when booking.Overall, a lovely hotel experience and one I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Raleigh!

Small room, very comfortable mattress...

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable. Room and common areas very clean.
Disliked: In addition to thin walls and lots of little noises inside, the street noise was louder in the room than on the actual street. The cars, motorcycles and loud people were bad, but also a band that played somewhere on the street kept me awake the entire second night. At 11 pm I had to put on noise cancelling headphones and slept in them, though not much sleep due to the discomfort. Parking was convenient in the garage next door, but also inconvenient to get ticket validated at desk on every return.

Amazing location and hotel. At...

Liked: Very clean. Amazing Front Desk staff.. allowed to check out later than normal !! Comfortable room and linens!!
Disliked: Parking was fine but you could use a valet. Very Very noisy!! Traffic outside and slamming doors down the hall.
