Lovely stay.

Liked: The staff. So friendly and helpful. Food lively.
Disliked: It’s a little “tired” looking and could do with a spruce up but the food and staff made up for any minor issues re looking a little tired!

Liked: The location was perfect for a visit to Farnborough motor show We would stay again when in the area .
Disliked: Unfortunately, someone decided to smoke in their room, causing the fire alarm to activate after 10 p.m

Disliked: The room was incredibly hot, window wouldn’t open and the air conditioning was broken. Very dirty room, toilet and sink was filthy

Liked: Easy check in, Easy parking and on site Italian restaurant which was world class.
Disliked: The carpets, though clean looked a bit tired. Our room was quite far away from the reception and was like a maze to get to with a stairs going up and down all along the way. So it makes it a bit tiresome carrying the luggage.

Liked: Good value for money, convenient for our purposes. Staff friendly and helpful, fan was a godsend as the room was very warm.
Disliked: Just a bit tired here and there. Outside (garden) could have done with a tidy up.
