Liked: Nice hotel, big rooms, great location
Disliked: Very poor breakfast, only 1 coffee allowed during breakfast, for second cappuccino and water you have to pay)))) which is really funny when you paid 1,500£ per night Staff at the restaurant is weirdo, look unprofessional with dirty uniform, management or HR should take an action, before they start loosing customers.

Liked: LocationFacilities are nice Room is clean and has a very nice view
Disliked: First the checkin and out I paid for the stay and the hotel should have blocked some additional amount for the extrasUnfortunately after i paid of the stay, the hotel charged my card again for the whole amount plus the extras and now i have 2 charges on my credit card. I spoke to them but i left the hotel now for 5 days and nothing was done to correct this double charge to the roomIn addition, a very expensive perfume bottle went missing 5 days before my departure and after 10 days now nothing was received from the hotel and no one contacted me to tell me exactly how things disappear from the room like that
