Great location and nice hotel...

Liked: Fantastic location, very convenient for Kings Cross and St Pancras.
Disliked: Unfortunately my trip coincided with a heatwave and the room was extremely warm - opened the window only to receive warm air from an adjacent third party air conditioning unit!!

Liked: Location was fantastic for train. Very clean, and staff were amazing! Went above and beyond to get some left items home to me.
Disliked: Small rooms,, could be a bit noisy but because of location it was expected. Nothing ear plugs didn't sort.

Very cool hotel, lovely vibe...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor, style and ambience were great. Location amazing for getting around London, 2 mins walk to the tube.
Disliked: The family room was disappointing, so squashed, you could only get out of the double bed on one side as the desk was in the way. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever experienced . Don’t stay in the family room in the heat of summer, so very hot (that’s obviously not the hotels fault ! )

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Every passing train and underground subway made the walls shape. The mattress was terrible and sank in so you could feel every spring. It would be an easy fix for the property to buy new mattresses and improve the comfort.
