Disliked: Salmon decor. (Personal taste)

What a great find! Would...

Liked: Loved the general look and ambiance of this hotel when we walked in.Loved the attention to detail- air conditioning in the room was on, on a very hot day, the radio playing softly, some welcome treats and a welcome note left for us. Beds were extremely comfortable, room was nicely styled, and a like a nice large walk-in shower.All the staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not a lot!Hot water took a while to come through for the shower.

Superb

Disliked: It was a hot day - although a fan was provided in the room there was only one opening window which was restricted ( we understand why this is ) this made the room very warm at night

Average

Liked: Expensive for an average room with no breakfast included . No air con or if there was no controls. Shower was very weak flowing and poor.
Disliked: Lack of room cooling. Poor shower pressure

Excellent and will return

Liked: Good location and plenty of parking. Great ambience and very comfortable. Spacious dining and bar area. Comfortable and well decorated bedrooms. Comfortable bed and bedding.
Disliked: Very warm in bedrooms. Large fan blowing in room. Air conditioning would be fabulous.

Amazing

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
Disliked: The salmon paint. That’s personal taste

Liked: Very fancy room, great staff. Nora was amazing at her job
Disliked: The first night there was a noisy family above us stomping around all through the night. But Nora sorted this for us. They didn’t really have a menu for people who can’t eat dairy products (milk allergy)

Will recommend and stay again...

Liked: The upgrade was most welcome. Beautiful room and ensuite. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, maintained and very clean. The additional touches of treats and Roberts radio really made for a difference, certainly going the extra mile.
Disliked: Room was very hot, but due to external conditions, the fan was a life saver! An A/C unit may need to be considered.
