Disliked: Air conditioner not working; engineer should’ve been told to knock before walked in; noisy; desk never answers the phone. The lobby smells like a sewage back up. Rooftop service extremely slow even when not crowed.

Liked: Chris Barrick, the Director of Guest Experiences, went out of his way to help me which I greatly appreciate! The room was really quiet, and the amenities that were provided in the room were very nice.

Liked: Wow, just wow. This brand new hotel is so chic and eco conscious. The rooms are smaller but modern and make you feel like you’re staying at someone’s home rather than an old musty hotel. Sean, the GM was fantastic. He does it all from front desk to valet and always with a smile on his face! They also let you borrow bikes which I’ve never encountered before! This stay is definitely one of a kind and I would highly recommend to those visiting the area. Thank you Sean!
Disliked: One con is there’s no pool directly in the hotel but we had the beach within a 5 min walk of the hotel.
