Relaxing and restful with plenty...

Liked: The atmosphere was amazing staff were so helpful breakfast was on a new level hot fresh and Howard was so informative and knowledgeable will definitely be staying here again
Disliked: Nothing I don’t like about the property

Liked: I live everything about the Bold, location, staff the rooms the carvery/ restaurant
Disliked: If I had any complaint it would be there’s no lift I’ve come with my parents a few times and they love it to but just struggle with stairs as they re getting older

Disliked: Only space for a few cars at ‘on site’ parking, being bombarded with emails suggesting we bid for an upgrade, street noise

Modern & good food

Liked: The property is modern and has a good vibe, rooms are nicely set out with little Victorian touches throughout which give it good character. We stayed in a family room 2 Adults and a child. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. The property is located on the main road with lots of shops, bars & restaurants. Also a short walk to the pond and Victoria park. There is also an arcade and show ground near by. Lots of local shops if visiting self catering. Regular buses going to Preston and Liverpool. Definitely a place to go if your looking for a few days to kick back and relax.
Disliked: There is no lift in the property please be aware of this when booking. The car park is also limited spaces however you can make use of the sister hotel or on street paid parking. There was one day there was no housekeeping which was not a huge issue for me as anything we required the reception staff were more than willing to accommodate. The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning and the windows don’t open very much again, reception we’re willing to provide a fan but the great British weather can’t be helped!
