Superb

Fabulous stay, location is perfect

Liked: Location and staff were fabulous. Juou (Portugal) was especially lovely at breakfast. Beds are super comfy and the shower is great.
Disliked: There was no chair in the room which would have been really useful.

Lovely room, excellent location!

Liked: Room was lovely, location amazing! Me and my friend had the twin deluxe room, we were going for a meal and a few drinks. Lots of bars on the doorstep and we booked a table for drinks at The Grand opposite and went to the rooftop bar. Everything you need within 5 mins walk, parked for £3 all night at nearby street. Room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Always a good stay!

Liked: Good location, breakfast is an absolute MUST! The rooms are nicely decorated & gorgeous bar area we stay often but usually at Lord Street Hotel and the rooms are very similar we do love coming to Southport and will always use this hotel chain. If you go I would urge you to try The Grand across the road it's beautiful and the food and service is outstanding. The teams that keep these establishments running work tirelessly and are always very friendly always doing a fantastic job!
Disliked: Tv remote was missing one was found very quickly but this didn't work very well think batteries had been on the way out, bathroom floor had prints on and found rose petals in the room obviously from previous guests, rooms not quote ready at 3.30pm piles of towels all over hallways bit of a trip hazard but none of this is the basis of a complaint it is what it is and didn't affect our stay just little notes
