Would not stay again.

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: The room was very dusty especially the windows, the furniture was damaged. The toilet smelled upon arrival, after we complained nothing was done.

Liked: Wonderful place to stay! Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room had stunning sea views. Food delicious- breakfast was lovely - we were so well looked looked after

Liked: Nothing was to much trouble - there was a mix up on the booking from the agent - the manager who was very lovely sorted it all out very quickly and we was given an upgraded room with a Seaview -which was picture postcard - very very clean , lovely bedding and towels - everything we needed was there :) The staff were amazing and super friendly -look forward to a return trip .Thank you

Perfect location and delicious breakfast

Liked: Historic pub located in a quiet area on the beach just around the corner from Ryde . Easy walk from the pier so a perfect location to stay as a foot passenger Room was small, but comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included in the price which included full English or eggs Benedict, omelets etc etc . I had the Shakshouka which was absolutely delicious!! So overall a lovely stay and great value for money
Disliked: The bathroom is very large but a little dated The bath had jacuzzi spouts in it which I personally find off putting . There’s a large separate shower unit though, so we used that

Very good stay, would recommend.

Liked: Location was excellent, bedroom very comfortable with a fabulous view across to Portsmouth. Staff were fantastic, thank you to Alex in particular for looking after us so well. Food was excellent.
Disliked: Car park has a tight entrance, huge pothole to avoid. Bathroom could do with being updated and please clean behind the door!

Liked: All the staff we encountered were really nice ---Breakfast was excellent all the mornings we were there . Chef was good in that the kitchen staff would cook anything you liked for breakfast even if it was not listed on an extensive menu Did not have an evening meal in the restaurant--- Housekeeping staff were excellent Our bedroom was very comfortable and as it was only spring time we could control the heating in the room until "see what we didnt like "
Disliked: For some reason on the last day and night the management took it upon them selves to control the radiators in the room and there was no heat from the radiators on what was a cold evening , even by the morning radiators still cold !!!!The bar shut at 2100 hours on the Sunday even though we were resident
