Perfect
Liked: Evening meal. Beautiful. Breakfast beautiful. Everything beautiful. Can’t fault the place.

Lovely location and rooms. Breakfast...
Liked: Location. Evening food menu was great for choice. Rooms were pretty and clean with a great view. Bed was fine.
Disliked: Curtains in bedrooms needed attention as were too loose and so let in too much light. Toilet needed plenty of pumps to flush properly. Breakfast menu was a bit too fancy and took a long time to cook. . Fruit and breads on breakfast menu didn’t appear. Had to ask for toast as it wasn’t ever offered.

Superb and excellent value for...
Liked: Clean, comfortable, peaceful. A fantastic breakfast to start the day, and perfect view of the seafront. Couldn't ask for anything more and very well priced - will definitely use again.

Lovely place, great staff &...
Liked: Lovely place - food was exceptional & staff friendly & helpful. We chose it as a base for a few days while we were on the Island to be able to clear out my late aunt's flat - it was a 5 minute drive away. Our room had a spa bath, which was a lovely extra as we were aching at the end of each day after clearing the flat
Disliked: Beds were too soft for my liking - I like my mattresses firm. The cups weren't cleared away from our room & the water wasn't replaced, but it was very quickly resolved by the Manager (Rob) who was fantastic.

Great sea view
Liked: Nice and clean, nicely decorated. Good value. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfas. Had a fab window looking out to see.
Disliked: There were a couple of little things like no toilet roll in the room, a glass left in the room, and the bath needing plunging but that didn't bother us, we loved it.

Well worth a visit for...
Liked: The breakfast was fabulous, the food quality was great and the coffee very strong (how I prefer it). The pub food during the evening was excellent and the choice of beverages was great.
Disliked: The parking is limited but just enough. For the summer the blinds may need to be a touch thicker.

Exceptional
Liked: The hotel was fresh and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. A good selection. We would certainly stay again.

Enjoyed a great stay.
Liked: The view from the room was absolutely beautiful where we caught the sunrise and had a view of the Spinnaker Tower(Portsmouth), bathroom as neat and warm. The breakfast included was wholesome and we had dinner one night which was really good too. Nice touch with the classical radio in the room and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: At night, it gets a little difficult to get to the hotel(if you do not have a vehicle). It is either the main road(no footpath) or the pathway from the beach(no light up till a certain point). SO we had to plan and get back earlier than we liked.
