The customer service was excellent. Cute trendy hotel right near Hollywood Bowl!

Liked: Trendy, clean and roomy!

Decent hotel. Room was fine, charming even. Location was great, but the outside elevator didn't feel safe at all. Late at night, shifty characters roaming around Hollywood Boulevard. Staying alone. Creeped me out a little too much to ever stay there again, especially with a Holiday Inn Express right across the street.

Liked: Great location; clean; charming room; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Creepy outside elevator. Did not feel secure at all.

Great Hotel that well located...

Liked: Really well located, clean and a modern good vibe hotel.
Disliked: A little noisy at times on the Saturday night with a couple of parties going on next door to our room. Parking on site is not free ( $25US per night )

Lovely Hollywood hotel!

Liked: Upgraded when we arrived. Room was big and clean with a lovely coffee machine. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. Within walking distance of Hollywood blvd etc. Bought tickets to Universal through reception and saved some money and were also able to park at their sister hotel near universal to save parking fees.
Disliked: Lighting in the room wasn't great. One night we came back and ordered a drink at the bar to take back to our room. There was no other customers there and the bar lady was abit rude, don't think she could be bothered.

It was ok.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: There was a mix up at the front desk and other guest had access to our room. She actually walked in but once realizing we were in there she left. The front desk called and questioned us as is if we we're in the wrong and hung up. Pretty much left us wondering what's going on. We walked to the front desk then she explained there was a mix up and she gave us new room keys. The situation could have been approached differently.

A nice stay!!

Liked: The room was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Pretty quite, nicely situated for walk or ride to Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, etc.. Never had any trouble with parking. Elevator to room only accessible with room key...liked that. Hotel looks like the picture (that was a plus...rooms were nice too - 1 chest with drawers though... but fridge in room). Received a late check out with no problem & card was not charged for deposit. All in all we were happy with the stay.
Disliked: Upon arrival, they tell you that there is a $150 refundable deposit. I think they should state this up front when booking. Prepare to pay to park. If you want a view from the room, you get trash view from the renovated hotel next door. If visiting in summer, pool is extremely small. Party happening in a room (although they put them several doors down from us, and noise was not a factor, still a little concerning b/c we were on a family vacation). Other than that, pretty nice stay. Price was not too bad, considering the prices of hotels there. No breakfast was a bummer! Only other area of concern was when we did see housekeeping there was no cart, only a hand held bucket type with cleaning supplies in it.
