We did not feel safe. Rooms were small. No restaurant. Went to another hotel.

Liked: Quite a distance walk to universal studio. Parking included was convenient. There are shops nearby for food
Disliked: There gap underneath the room door was a lot wider than usual, which didn’t help sound proofing. It was very noisy with people walking up and down the corridor especially challenging trying to sleep even at early morning , lots of noise from fridge, aircon etc. We were on the same floor as the pool so the smell of chlorine was very strong from inside the room

Liked: The rooms were spacious and an easy walk to universal studios.
Disliked: It was being remodeled but the room we had was a bit run down and had flickered lights. The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable

Liked: This is a good location for Universal Studios.
Disliked: Shower was not functioning, closet door wouldn’t close, no screen in the window to outside, and toilet was not functioning well.

Liked: Great location for Universal studio, and the staff was fantastic
Disliked: Room was a bit musty, but very comfortable

Liked: Easy access, decent parking. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Small pool. Not heated as stated in description. No jacuzzi. Room was comfortable, bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Shower was dirty and hair on toilet.
