Relaxing, welcoming & happy.

Liked: The welcome from the young girl behind the bar was lovely after a long drive. The room was large & airy. Very comfortable bed with crisp linen. Bathroom was nice & large. The chap serving breakfast was calm & polite.
Disliked: A few soap marks on the bathroom from a previous occupant.

Liked: The staff, the food, location is excellent.
Disliked: The vibration under the floor of room 10 which went on most of the night, Everything else was great but the vibration of some sort of electrical fridge/ freezer ,something of that sort,put us off making another visit.We mentioned it to the staff, who said no one had ever complained about the noise before.

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent breakfasts and evening meal.
Disliked: Room was very hot, and no fan available. Opening the window meant the traffic outside was noisy.

Great venue poor sleep due...

Liked: Beautiful property in a great a location. Rooms were clean and has all appropriate amenities
Disliked: The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, could feel every spring.Full English was limited mushrooms has loads of peppercorns and the beans I’m sure were chilli beans

Overnight visit to Stratford upon...

Liked: Comfortable bed and plenty of tea/coffee/milk in the room. Air conditioning units had been placed in the room which were appreciated as the weather was hot. We had skylights rather than windows, which we could open and close and adjust the blinds, very easily. The food was very good, we had both dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: The shower had a very slippery floor, so had to be very careful. If we’d stayed any longer than one night I’d not have liked having no window.
