An AMAZING place...

Liked: The location was perfect - it was very easy to get anywhere in London. The hotel was extremely clean and the restaurants/bars were wonderful! And last, but not least, the staff was AMAZING... very professional, sweet and accommodating! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were great, breakfast lovely.
Disliked: Shower was rubbish, took 5 mins to only get warm, then after 5mins in there it went cold. Phone didn't work to tell reception either.

it felt special

Liked: room was luxurious. felt like a special place. perfect for a romantic night away, and well located for the theatres. look forward to returning one day. staff were really 1st class.
Disliked: not a lot to say about how to make it better. It was very good all round. Did not have time to check out the health suite or spa though.
