Relaxing time in super friendly...

Liked: Great location and super friendly staff, bars were stylish yet relaxed and friendly. Loved the Bloomsbury club for nightcap listening to live music.
Disliked: Food was really good, but staying for 5 days it would be nice to see more variety in menus between Bar and Restaurant, no specials. Need to get work on second lift finished soon.

Liked: The location was great, room was very clean and quiet, had a good rest. Nice quality shower products. Could check in early as well leave our bags after check out.
Disliked: The hotel is very tight and dark inside. No proper reception. The doorman looked shabby and did not suited the 5 star hotel. Only 1 lift was working which was an issue. The room was really small and dark, did not match the pictures presented when booking. There was only 1 window in the corner which barely gave some light, as well slanted ceiling left us claustrophobic.Shower pressure was very poor as well bathroom is not comfortable, nowhere to put your belonging, just a tiny space on the sink, no hooks for hand towel and so on. Would expect more from 5 star hotel. One plug by the bed was not working as something was tucked in it. The TV quality was not the best and you could not order breakfast to your room.
